Odoo ERP Implementation & Services

Odoo, implemented
the way it should be.

Most Odoo projects fail at configuration, not software. We map your workflows first, then implement, customise and automate Odoo around how your business actually runs — and stay on after go-live.

Fresh implementation
Spreadsheets, QuickBooks or nothing at all — a first real ERP, scoped to what you need now.
Legacy ERP replacement
Migration off ageing systems or older Odoo versions, with your data intact.
Odoo + custom & AI
Custom modules, integrations and automation layered on a clean Odoo core.

Where you
are today

We work with five kinds of Odoo conversation. The scope, timeline and team look different for each — the first call is about working out which one you’re actually in.

01

On spreadsheets

Excel, QuickBooks and WhatsApp are holding the business together. You need one system of record before it breaks.

02

Stuck on legacy

An old ERP nobody wants to touch, expensive to license and impossible to change. Odoo replaces it module by module.

03

Already on Odoo

Live but half-configured, or left behind by a partner who disappeared. We audit, fix and take over support.

04

Odoo isn't enough

You need custom apps, portals and AI automation around the ERP — the part most Odoo shops can't build.

05

Starting lean

A young company that wants a fast, low-cost setup on the core modules, built so it can grow later.

What we do

Nine services, one team. Take the whole programme or the single piece you’re missing.

Implementation

Requirement mapping, module selection, configuration, chart of accounts, workflows and go-live — run as a scoped project with defined milestones.

Migration

Moving off another ERP, or upgrading an older Odoo version without losing customisations. Parallel run before we switch anything off.

Customisation & development

Custom modules, fields, approval flows, reports and portals when standard Odoo doesn't fit — written to upgrade cleanly, not hacked into core.

Data migration

Customers, suppliers, items, opening balances and history — cleaned, mapped, validated and reconciled before anyone logs in.

Training & adoption

Role-based sessions, written SOPs and hand-holding through the first close. An ERP nobody uses correctly is a failed ERP.

AMC & support

Ongoing retainer for fixes, new requirements, version upgrades and monitoring, with agreed response times and a named contact.

Licensing & hosting

Community or Enterprise, user counts and app selection — advised on cost, not commission. We handle procurement and renewals.

Odoo.sh & on-premise

Deployment on Odoo.sh, your own cloud or on-premise servers, with staging environments, backups and release discipline.

ERP audit & health check

A structured review of an existing Odoo setup: configuration, data quality, performance, customisation debt and what to fix first.

Modules we implement

We rarely start with all of them. Phase one is usually three or four, chosen by where the money and the mess are.

FINANCEAccounting & FinanceMulti-currency, VAT-ready ledgers, reconciliation and reporting.
OPERATIONSInventory & WarehouseMulti-location stock, barcodes, lots, serials and replenishment.
OPERATIONSManufacturing (MRP)BoMs, routings, work centres, subcontracting and costing.
REVENUESales & CRMPipelines, quotations, price lists and commission logic.
SUPPLYPurchaseRFQs, vendor pricing, approval matrices and landed costs.
PEOPLEHR & PayrollEmployees, leave, attendance, appraisals and payroll rules.
DELIVERYProject ManagementTasks, timesheets, budgets and project profitability.
RETAILPOS & RetailCounter and offline-capable POS tied to live stock and accounts.
DIGITALeCommerce & WebsiteStorefront, payment and delivery flows on the same database.
FIELDField ServiceJob scheduling, technician mobile flows and on-site invoicing.
CONTROLQualityControl points, checks and non-conformance handling in the flow.
ASSETSMaintenancePreventive schedules, requests and equipment downtime tracking.

How the
project runs

Six phases, each with a deliverable you can see and sign off. No phase starts before the previous one is accepted — that’s how ERP projects stay on schedule.

01

Discovery

Workshops with each department to document current processes, pain points and reporting needs. We write down what Odoo must do before we open Odoo.

DeliverableProcess document & scope
02

Solution design

Module selection, standard-versus-custom decisions, integration list and a phased rollout plan. Every customisation has to justify itself here.

DeliverableBlueprint & phase plan
03

Configuration & build

Modules configured, custom development written, integrations connected, all on a staging environment you can log into and try at any point.

04

Data & testing

Master data cleaned and loaded, opening balances reconciled, then user acceptance testing against real scenarios from your own business.

05

Training & go-live

Role-based training, SOPs handed over, cut-over plan executed on an agreed date with our team available through the first cycle.

06

Support & automate

Retainer support after go-live, then the automation layer: AI agents, workflow bots and reporting that remove the manual work Odoo exposed.

Beyond a standard implementation

Odoo, plus the layer around it

An ERP records what happened. The value comes from what runs on top of it — the custom tools, integrations and automation your team touches every day. That’s the work we were already doing before Odoo.

Talk through your requirements

Custom apps & portals

Customer portals, dealer apps and internal dashboards that read and write to Odoo, built for the people who won't ever log into an ERP.

AI & workflow automation

Document extraction, quotation drafting, follow-up bots and approval routing — automation placed where it removes the most manual hours.

Reporting that gets read

Owner-level dashboards on top of Odoo data, so decisions don't wait for someone to export a spreadsheet.

Growth systems connected

Website, ads and lead capture wired into CRM, so marketing spend and pipeline sit in the same system as revenue.

Industries

The configuration differs more than the software does. These are the sectors we work in most.

Trading & distribution
Multi-warehouse stock, landed costs, price lists per customer.
Manufacturing
BoMs, work orders, subcontracting and production costing.
Retail & F&B
POS across outlets, recipes, wastage and daily reconciliation.
Construction & contracting
Project budgets, subcontractor bills and progress billing.
Logistics
Jobs, fleet, delivery documentation and per-shipment margin.
Healthcare & clinics
Appointments, consumables, insurance-aware invoicing.
Professional services
Timesheets, retainers, utilisation and project profitability.
Education
Admissions, fee cycles, staff payroll and asset tracking.

The ERP audit

If Odoo is live but people still work in Excel, the problem is usually configuration, data or training — not the platform. We review the system, tell you what’s wrong and in what order to fix it. You get the report whether or not you work with us afterwards.

Request an audit
Configuration review
Whether modules and workflows match how the business actually operates.
Data quality
Duplicates, wrong balances and master data that breaks reporting.
Customisation debt
Code that blocks upgrades, and what it would take to clean it up.
Performance & hosting
Speed, backups, environments and version currency.
User adoption
Which teams work around the system, and why they do it.
Fix priority
A ranked list by effort and impact, with automation opportunities flagged.

Questions
we get asked

If yours isn’t here, ask it on the form below.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on module count and data condition. A focused first phase on core modules is a matter of weeks; a multi-company, manufacturing-heavy rollout runs longer and is phased. You get a timeline with the blueprint, before work starts.

Community or Enterprise?

Whichever fits the requirement and budget. We advise on the licence honestly — some businesses genuinely need Enterprise features, others pay for apps they never open.

Can you take over a project another partner started?

Yes. We start with the audit so we understand the existing configuration and custom code before touching anything, then agree a remediation plan.

Will customisation break our upgrades?

Not the way we write it. Custom work goes in separate modules that extend Odoo rather than modify core, which is what keeps version upgrades routine.

Do you handle VAT and local compliance?

Yes — tax configuration, invoice formats and reporting set up for the market you operate in, with your accountant involved in sign-off.

What happens after go-live?

An AMC retainer covers support, small changes and upgrades. We also keep a running automation backlog, so the system keeps getting better instead of freezing at launch.
