What does the price actually cover?The licence for each person who uses the system. Setup, moving your data and training are quoted separately once we know the size of the job, and never added later as a surprise.
Do I need an IT department?No. TBSA configures the system, loads your opening balances and trains your staff. Day to day, your accounts and warehouse teams run it themselves.
Is VAT handled properly for the UAE?Yes. Tax codes, compliant invoices and return-ready reports are set up at configuration. Every AED price on this page already includes 5% VAT.
How long before we are live?A straightforward accounts and stock rollout runs four to six weeks from signed scope. Production and multi-branch setups take longer, and we tell you that up front.
